A tribute to the longest running bollywood film – DDLJ

ddlj-1

Yesterday marked the completion of an era. Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (DDLJ) which is marked as the longest running film ended its winning streak. Maratha mandir (The theatre) finally pulled down the posters of the film leaving behind the fans berserk. But, what matters is – the movie still continues to relate with everyone’s personal love story in numerous ways, touching the hearts of an individual. The love tricks adopted by Sharukh khan got copied – both in real as well as reel life. People started to speak the language of the DDLJ film. The dialogues became part of regular seaking. And, that’s why in order to give tribute to this particular love saga I prepared content-images that have original hindi dialogues (marked in green), its English translation (marked in pink) and its daily use (marked in black).

Hope you enjoy and have a cheerful smile at the end of this Hetu.
